Our Mission

We believe that many spaces are not accessible to individuals with significant physical, behavioral, or communicative challenges. 

Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment for clients to learn how to navigate everyday situations with a flexible mindset, a growing desire to learn, and the ability to set boundaries for themselves with others. 

Our approach is based on providing clients with the knowledge and tools to break down barriers that may stand in the way of accessing spaces that they deserve to be a part of, rather than using those same tools to chip away at the individual and mold them into the type of person that those spaces are designed to include. 

Our intervention plans, materials, and activities are all 100% individualized to the client, incorporating their strengths, interests, and preferences throughout the entire support process. 

The owners possess education and experience in the fields of research-based and applied psychology, behavior analysis, education, and speech pathology. Our team includes technicians with experience in clinic and home-based therapy, public and private schools, hospitals, group homes, and waiver services. In addition to their professional experiences, several members of our team also understand what it feels like to navigate support as a client, keeping them aware of the benefits and harm that can result from services.
